The insights from Levi-Strauss’s work are offered in part 1 to enable the reader to distinguish and value traditional knowledge systems of India from a pre-industrial perspective. Part 2 offers insights on Jugaad – an Indian lens of innovation – how creativity can be meaningfully sustained.
